G'ma and I have been emailing - and she confirms that this is G'pa Lafe, and she also doesn't quite understand why a Chicago paper would have something about the change of presidents on the Wayne County Fair Board in their paper. I'm trying to print it out, but it looks like Google Books doesn't allow that.
